Job summary

Sunland Development Corp. is seeking a site manager to oversee daily construction activities in Makati City. The role involves supervising the construction team, ensuring adherence to approved plans, and coordinating with clients and subcontractors to meet project schedules.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Architecture or Engineering and has at least 1 year of experience in glass and aluminum works. The position is based in Makati City with on-site responsibilities.

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily construction site operations.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved plans, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accomplishment reports.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Manage site personnel, assign work, and monitor productivity.
• Ensure timely delivery and proper use of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Enforce safety policies and OSH standards.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Plan, Organize, and supervise daily contruction site operations.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved plans, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accomplishment reports.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Manage site personnel, assign work, and monitor productivity.
• Ensure the timely delivery and proper use of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications.
• Identify project risks, resolve site issues, and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor project costs and help control expenses to stay within budget.
• Attend coordination meetings and provide updates to management.
• Maintain complete project documentation, including permits, inspection reports, accomplishment reports, and material records.
• Ensure projects are completed on shedule and turned over to the client successfully.

Qualifications:

• Must be graduate of Architechture or any Engineering program.
• At least 1 year experience in Glass and Aluminum works.
• Amendable to work in Makati City.
