Job description

• 1. Ensure that the construction implementation is carried out in a timely, quality and economically driven.
• 2. Supervise every activity happening at site propelled by the approved drawings, program of works, technical requirement and within target budget especially with labor cost.
• 3.Understands and analyze the scope of works and limitations based on Project Contract.
• 4.Projects weekly activities based on project lookahead.
• 5.Ensures that the drawing/s including materials being utilized at site are approved.
• 6.Prepares site requirement by sending Requisition Slip to Project Coordinator most likely during mobilization.
• 7.Forecasts manpower trend on a weekly basis to project the tools and equipment as well.
• 8.Enhances the communication with the client through responsive behavior.
• 9.Identifies site management risks and opportunities to eliminate/convert the risk to opportunities.
• 10. Ensures consistent productivity of the people namely installers, applicators, glazing installers, ACP installers and provides daily target; makes sure that daily targets are daily achieved.
• 11. Generates Progress Billing. Ensures that the client evaluates within the next 5 days and endorsed to their Billing.
• 12. Any task that may assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of any engineering or architecture course. licensed is an advantage.
• With at least one year experience in the facade industry.
• With at least one year experience in construction management.
• Knowledgeable in execution and overseeing project construction.
• Knowledgeable in microsoft office.
• Can read architectural and other coordination drawings applicable to project execution.
