Job summary

ICT Distribution is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for the Singapore market. This remote role supports the sales team by handling administrative tasks, maintaining data accuracy, and coordinating processes to help hit sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, sales operations, or sales support in an IT/technology distribution environment.
• Experience in server, storage, virtualization, and enterprise IT distribution is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and sales presentations for the sales team.
• Organize and schedule sales meetings, calls, and events.
• Handle inquiries and provide initial product information to potential customers.
• Assist onboarding and training of new sales team members on tools and systems.
• Maintain CRM with customer data, opportunities, and activity logs.
• Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
• Coordinate order processing and ensure timely entry of orders.
• Act as contact for customer inquiries related to orders, products, and basic support.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues promptly.
• Support the development and implementation of sales processes and SOPs.
• Support sales activities involving enterprise IT solutions.
