Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a proactive Sales & Showroom Assistant to support our sales team, showroom operations, customers, and designers. You will assist customers and designers, prepare quotations, and coordinate with architects and designers through email and group chats.

The role also includes coordinating social media activities, lead generation, and general administrative tasks. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; competitive salary and potential incentives are offered to recognize

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable communicating through Messenger, Viber, WhatsApp, and group chats.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Comfortable preparing quotations and working with numbers.
• Basic knowledge of Facebook and social media marketing.
• Willing to learn about lighting products and applications.
• Experience in sales, showroom, interior design, architecture, lighting, or related industries is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and designers in the showroom and help with product inquiries.
• Prepare and assist with quotations, price lists, and product proposals.
• Coordinate with customers, architects, and interior designers through email and group chats.
• Assist sales staff in following up on inquiries and quotations.
• Coordinate product information, availability, pricing, and other customer requirements.
• Help organize and maintain customer and project information.
• Assist with Facebook, Instagram, and other social media marketing activities.
• Help create and post basic social media content.
• Assist with lead generation and responding to social media inquiries.
• Perform other sales, showroom, and administrative tasks as needed.
