Job summary

UltraManpower is hiring a Showroom Receptionist/CSR to greet customers, provide product information, process orders, and coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams in our showroom in Metro Manila.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience in furniture or retail, and is comfortable using computers, email, POS systems, and standard workplace tools. This role follows a 10:00–19:00 schedule and onsite operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in furniture, home furnishings, retail sales, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-service oriented and solution-focused.
• Comfortable using computers, email, POS/payment facilities, and standard workplace tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well with customers, sales, warehouse, and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers throughout their showroom visit
