Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring an Ecommerce Specialist to manage daily Shopify merchandising, homepage updates, and promotions. You will ensure product launches are ready for go-live and maintain catalog organization across desktop and mobile.

The role requires 3–5 years in ecommerce with strong Shopify experience, excellent attention to detail, and strong cross‑functional collaboration. This is a WFH role with night shifts and a focus on timely execution.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in ecommerce, merchandising or digital operations in apparel/retail.
• Hands-on Shopify experience required.
• Strong eye for detail and high-quality ecommerce experiences.
• Organized, process-driven with timely task execution.
• Strong communication across ecommerce, marketing and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily and weekly site merchandising updates in Shopify.
• Maintain collection sorting, product placement and category organization.
• Support product launches and go-live readiness.
• Execute weekly homepage updates (banners and featured collections).
• Implement campaigns and align site pages with marketing calendars.
• QA site updates across desktop and mobile and resolve issues.
• Set up promotions in Shopify and test logic for accuracy.
• Coordinate with development to manage site releases and tickets.
