Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 4 years marketing experience in shipping/logistics.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools & promotional strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable insights.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and design software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive client bookings daily.
• Monitor vessel movement for daily reports to the Marketing Head/GM.
• Send under-load updates per vessel/voyage via Viber after approval.
• Develop new potential client leads.
• Report vessel updates to General Manager.
• Distribute latest sailing schedules to clients.
• Assist client inquiries via Email or Viber.
