Basic Requirements

Duties And Responsibilities

• Receiving of booking from client on the daily basis
• Monitoring of the Vessel Movement for daily report to the Marketing Head/ General Manager
• Responsible in sending out under load per vessel/voyage thru viber daily after checking by Marketing Head and Operations Manager
• Getting new potential clients
• Van location monitoring
• Reporting everyday to General Manager regarding vessel updates and under load
• Sending latest sailing schedule to my clients
• Assisting Client inquiry Email or Viber
