Advanced Energy is seeking a Logistics Clerk / Shipping Clerk to execute daily shipping and outbound logistics within a 3PL warehouse environment. The role supports accurate shipments of raw materials, components, and finished goods to customers and facilities worldwide, reporting to the Sr.

Manager, Logistics. Responsibilities include shipment processing, documentation, ERP transactions in SAP, carrier coordination, and inventory movement accuracy, with a focus on compliance and timely release.

Qualifikationen

• Coordinate daily shipment orders and ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents per company and regulatory requirements.
• Execute shipments in SAP and warehouse systems including confirmations and movements.
• Investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with supervisor.
• Collaborate with warehousing, freight providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth shipping operations.

Aufgaben

• Process daily shipment orders, ensure materials are picked, packed, labeled, staged and shipped on time.
• Coordinate with warehouse operations to prioritize urgent and expedited shipments.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documentation and records for compliance.
• Perform SAP/WMS transactions for shipment confirmations and inventory movements.
• Support inventory reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Work with 3PL partners to ensure timely, accurate shipments.
