Job summary

A Japanese Shipping and Cargo Firm located in Laguna is looking for individuals to train and oversee team members while guiding customers through the ordering process. The position requires candidates to handle customer inquiries regarding logistics, timelines, and shipping through various communication methods including email, chat, and phone calls. Applicants should be ready for onsite work, possess a bachelor's degree (or be open to undergraduates), and have at least one year of supervisory experience. • Address customers' inquiries on shipping timeline and rates
