Norwegian Cruise Line is seeking an IT Technician to support and maintain shipboard IT systems. You will follow Run Books, document changes for SOX/audit compliance, and provide proactive maintenance for hardware, software, and network devices aboard the vessel.

The role requires 1+ year experience, strong English, and familiarity with Windows/AD, virtualization, and hospitality software. Onboard training and 7 days work rotation are expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience troubleshooting IT hardware and software on shipboard.
• Strong English verbal and written communication required.
• Solid understanding of computer hardware and TCP/IP networking.
• Experience with Windows Server/AD and remote access tools.
• Familiarity with HMS/POS and hospitality software is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Operate shipboard IT systems per Run Books and IT management instructions.
• Log, report, and document changes, user access, and incidents for audits.
• Provide preventive and on-demand maintenance for IT assets and devices.
• Respond to critical issues 24/7 with high priority when needed.
• Coordinate with Systems Manager and assist with turnover and training.
• Maintain inventory and ensure spare equipment is ready for use.
