Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Shift Manager or in a similar role in a restaurant.
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations like managing reservations and payments.
• Availability to work different shifts, including weekends.
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping procedures.
• Customer service approach with the ability to manage complaints professionally.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Team management abilities.
• Certification from a culinary school is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures.
• Manage the opening and closing shift procedures of the store.
• Implement local restaurant marketing programs to drive trials and create repeat business.
• Monitor and manage product ordering, inventory levels, and deliveries.
