Job summary

Jiang Nan Hotpot in Metro Manila is seeking a seasoned supervisor to lead servers, hosts, and kitchen staff during shifts at Promenade Mall, Greenhills, San Juan City. You will ensure prompt, courteous service and manage inventory, orders, and records while upholding company policies.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years in restaurant supervision, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant industry.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
