Job summary

Dunkin in Sahud Ulan, Tanza, Cavite is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead and support the store team during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

You will monitor product quality, food safety, manage cash and daily reports, and train and motivate staff to meet performance goals while complying with company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in retail, food service, or restaurant operations is advantageous.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
