Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a proactive Shift Engineer (Production Engineer) in San Juan City to plan, monitor, and optimize production operations while ensuring safety and cost-efficiency. The role supports production planning, process improvements, equipment utilization, and quality assurance in alignment with GMP, HACCP, Halal, and OSH standards.

Fresh graduates with strong academics may be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/related engineering field.
• 1–2 years in production, manufacturing, or process engineering preferred; fresh grads considered.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and OSH standards is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production operations to meet schedules and efficiency targets.
• Analyze processes and implement improvements to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Maintenance, and QA to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Assist in production planning, line balancing, and capacity utilization.
• Prepare production reports, downtime analyses, and KPI recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with quality specs, SOPs, and safety requirements.
