This on-site role emphasizes GMP, HACCP, HALAL, and OSH standards. The ideal candidate will have a 1–2 year background in production or process engineering, a degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering, and strong analytical and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or process engineering preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, production planning, process improvement, and productivity analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production, output targets, efficiency, and KPIs.
• Analyze processes and recommend productivity and cost-saving improvements.
• Monitor machine utilization, downtime, and production performance.
• Assist with production planning, manpower allocation, line balancing, and capacity utilization.
• Prepare production, efficiency, downtime, and productivity reports.
• Support product trials, process improvements, and equipment commissioning.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Maintenance, Purchasing, and QA.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, HALAL, Food Safety & OSH standards.
