Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Shift Engineer to support production operations in the Philippines. You will monitor processes, assist in production planning, and analyze productivity to identify improvements.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, plus proficiency in Excel, are essential. The ideal candidate has a engineering degree and 1–2 years of experience in production or process engineering; fresh graduates with solid academics may be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• 1–2 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or process engineering is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds may also be considered.
• Knowledge of production planning, process improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and productivity analysis.
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, food safety, and occupational safety standards is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production and manufacturing processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Assist in production planning, workflow monitoring, and productivity analysis.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.
• Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing practices and process improvement initiatives.
• Monitor compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, and occupational safety standards.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate production records.
• Analyze production data and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to address operational issues and achieve production targets.
