Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production operations to meet schedules and efficiency targets.
• Analyze production processes and recommend improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Monitor machine utilization, downtime, and performance; recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Maintenance, and Quality Assurance to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Assist in production planning, manpower allocation, line balancing, and capacity utilization.
• Support new product trials, process improvements, and equipment commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with production specifications, quality standards, and SOPs.
• Prepare and analyze production reports and downtime analysis.
• Maintain production records and engineering data.
• Monitor production KPIs and recommend continuous improvements.
• Participate in production meetings and implement operational improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, Halal, and OSH requirements.

Operational Functions

• SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Compliance Functions

• Ensure compliance with Company policies, GMP, HACCP, Halal, Food Safety, and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) requirements.
• Monitor adherence to standard operating procedures and engineering standards.
• Assist during internal, customer, and regulatory audits and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
