Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a proactive Shift Engineer for the Manila area (San Juan City).

You will oversee daily shift operations in production/manufacturing, applying Lean principles to drive efficiency and productivity, while coordinating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has an engineering degree, 1–2 years of related experience, strong Excel skills, and a disciplined approach to quality, safety, and operations—plus the ability to analyze data and communicate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or process engineering (fresh grads with strong academics may be considered).
• Knowledge of production planning, process improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and productivity analysis.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Age not more than 35 years old; open to all genders.
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, Food Safety and Occupational Safety standards is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shift operations to maintain operational efficiency.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing principles and conduct productivity analysis for continuous improvement.
• Utilize MS Excel and technical tools to track KPIs, prepare production reports, and monitor workflows.
• Ensure adherence to quality control, workplace safety standards, and operational guidelines during shift shifts.
