Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead daily production activities in a fast-paced facility in Metro Manila. You will plan schedules, supervise staff, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency across operations.

The role requires a degree in Industrial Engineering or manufacturing, at least 1 year of supervisory experience, and familiarity with food safety standards. You will coordinate with departments to maintain records and meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Experience in printing and packaging is an advantage.
• Knowledge of GHP, ISO 22000, ISO/TS 22002-4:2018, FSSC 22000 v5.1, FDA guidelines, and related food safety standards is preferred.
• Knowledge of industry standards and safety protocols.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage production planning and schedules effectively.
