Job summary

Globalport Terminals Inc. is seeking an SHES and Admin Officer to safeguard a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace at the corporate office while delivering Safety, Health, and Environment management and administrative support.

The role covers managing car insurance, office supplies, facility maintenance, and safeguarding records. You will coordinate CSR initiatives across all port locations, monitor CSR programs, report impacts, and ensure proper alignment with the company mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in Safety, Health and Environment (SHE), Occupational Safety and Health, Facilities, or Administrative Operations.
• DOLE-accredited Safety Officer certification, preferably BOSH/COSH or equivalent.
• Registered Nurse is an advantage.
• Other certifications related to environmental management, emergency preparedness, fire safety, or risk management are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor SHES policies aligned with DOLE OSH requirements.
• Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits; report and action corrective measures.
• Organize toolbox meetings, safety orientations, and emergency drills.
• Prepare SHES materials with clear content aligned to standards.
• Manage company car insurance renewals and vehicle maintenance.
• Coordinate office supplies procurement and maintenance requests.
• Support CSR programs across ports and report impact.
