Job summary

Subic Bay International Terminal Corporation (SBITC) seeks an HSSE Supervisor to oversee health, safety, security, and environmental management systems. You will ensure policy compliance with local, national, and international regulations and foster a strong safety culture.

You will develop, implement, and monitor HSSE programs, lead investigations, coordinate emergency preparedness, and deliver training across employees and contractors. A PCO accreditation and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in HSSE or related field.
• PCO accredited with experience.
• Microsoft Office proficient.
• Ability to create training materials/presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSSE policies, procedures, and programs.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international health, safety, security, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections and safety audits.
• Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Lead incident, accident, and near-miss investigations, preparing reports and corrective actions.
• Monitor environmental performance, including waste management, emissions, pollution prevention, and resource conservation.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, including evacuation drills and response planning.
• Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSSE training for employees and contractors.
• Promote a strong safety culture through engagement and awareness campaigns.
• Supervise use and maintenance of PPE.
