Job summary

EnerZones seeks an SHES Specialist to execute and monitor comprehensive SHES programs across Subic Enerzone sites. You will serve as Safety Officer, Pollution Control Officer, and Security Officer, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and asset-security standards.

You will lead incident investigations, audits, and risk management, coordinating with government stakeholders and internal teams to protect personnel, facilities, and the environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Registered Engineer (Electrical) preferred.
• SO3 (Safety Officer 3) eligible.
• Minimum 2 years SHES-related experience.
• Driver’s license with codes A, A1, B, B1 and B2 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OSH audits, risk assessments, site safety patrolling, and safety training across sites.
• Oversee waste disposal with third-party suppliers and environmental programs.
• Lead investigations for theft, fraud, or policy violations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare monthly performance trends, insurance assessments, and regulatory permits (DOLE/DENR/BFP/DOH).
• Assist external authorities in emergency response and inter-agency coordination.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of documentation per ISO IMS/ISMS.
