Job summary

EnerZones in Subic, Philippines is seeking an Entry-Level SHES Specialist to implement and monitor SHES programs, serving as Safety, Pollution Control, and Security Officer. You will ensure compliance with safety and environmental laws while protecting assets and personnel.

You will lead OSH audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and regulatory reporting, coordinating with DOLE, DENR, BFP, and DOH. ISO IMS/ISMS documentation and asset protection are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Registered Engineer (preferably Electrical).
• SO3 (Safety Officer 3) eligible.
• At least 2 years SHES-related experience.
• Driver’s license with DL codes A, A1, B, B1 and B2 advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct OSH audits and risk assessments across sites.
• Oversee environmental compliance and waste disposal with third-party vendors.
• Lead security investigations and asset protection efforts.
• Prepare monthly regulatory compliance reports for government bodies (DOLE/DENR/BFP/DOH).
• Assist external authorities in emergency response and inter-agency coordination.
• Maintain confidentiality and ISO IMS/ISMS documentation.
