Job summary

Studio West Philippines is seeking a Shared Services Manager to lead Finance, HR, and Administrative Support for client accounts. You will drive service excellence, team performance, and continuous process improvement while aligning with SLAs and client needs.

Based in Mandaluyong with a hybrid work setup, the role requires 5–7 years in Shared Services or related fields, strong leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills to interpret operational data and report on KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Shared Services, BPO, Operations Management, or Client Services Management.
• Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams across Finance, HR, and administrative functions.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational and financial data.
• Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, and performance reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts, priorities, and projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize delivery of Finance, HR, and Administrative Support services for assigned client accounts.
• Serve as the primary operational contact between clients and internal shared services teams, ensuring effective communication and relationships.
• Develop understanding of each client's operations, priorities, objectives, and service requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
• Prepare and present operational reports, performance dashboards, and business insights to clients and senior management.
