Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Senior Manager – Finance Shared Services at our Manila hub (BGC, Taguig). Onsite, day shift, full-time.

You will lead end-to-end finance SSC operations, drive standardization and automation, ensure compliance, and partner with Finance leadership to deliver scalable service across Record-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash and controls. Ideal candidates bring 10–15 years in Finance Ops, 5+ years in leadership, CPA/CMA/ACCA, GAAP/IFRS knowledge, and a proven track

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business administration.
• Professional qualifications: CPA, CMA, or ACCA preferred.
• MBA is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS.
• 10–15 years in finance operations or shared services.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• 8+ years in people management.
• Experience leading large, multi‑process finance operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end finance shared services operations.
• Ensure SLA/KPI delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Drive standardization, policies and controls.
• Governance, risk management and internal controls.
• Lead service expansion, scope migration and transformation.
• Collaborate with Global Finance Team and Montreal lead.
• Translate enterprise finance strategy into Manila roadmap.
• Develop high-performing teams and succession pipelines.
• Drive automation and cost optimization.
• Enable data-driven decisions with dashboards.
