Connext is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the finance and accounting functions for a US client from the Philippines. The role emphasizes financial integrity, reporting accuracy, cash flow management, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities include overseeing accounting and outsourced resources, budgeting and forecasting, month-end close, and implementing robust internal controls. Strong collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 5+ years of financial management.
• 2+ years of leadership overseeing finance teams and outsourced resources.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow, inventory accounting, and cost management.
• Proficient in AP/AR, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing.
• Experience with ERP systems such as QuickBooks Desktop or NetSuite; strong Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage accounting personnel and outsourced resources as finance functions transition in-house.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and annual business planning processes.
• Manage financial reporting, month-end/year-end close, reconciliations, asset registers.
• Oversee cash flow, banking, AP, AR, collections, invoicing, payments, reimbursements.
• Manage supply chain cost information, including supplier costs, currency exchange, and transport costs.
• Prepare KPI reports, dashboards, and financial analyses to support decision-making.
• Develop and implement financial policies, internal controls, and process improvements.
