Lendi Group in the Philippines is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to design and build customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will craft personalised emails, SMS and landing pages, write AMPscript, HTML and CSS, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver timely campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant marketing automation experience.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud for journeys and emails.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS and AMPscript for email development.
• Experience managing campaigns and stakeholders to meet timelines.
• Experience building automated journeys and AI-assisted workflows.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with AI tools to enhance daily work.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work with a Customer Journey Manager designing and building marketing automation workflows.
• Design and build personalised email, SMS and landing page experiences in Marketing Cloud.
• Understand database objects and write SQL queries with AI assistance.
• Support journeys team with build, testing, reporting and optimisation of campaigns.
• Define segmentation criteria for batch and trigger emails/SMS and conduct A/B tests.
• QA support for journeys and campaigns.
• Create and maintain documentation for journeys and campaigns.
• Coordinate roadmap and backlog of Customer Journey/Lifecycle and Marketing Cloud enhancements.
• Collaborate with the journeys team to drive best practice and efficiency.
• Manage and triage help desk tickets for the journeys space.
