Job summary

Tasq Work is seeking an experienced SFMC Lead to manage end-to-end marketing automation delivery across Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and more. You will architect integrations with Salesforce CRM and other systems, define data models and segmentation, and mentor the team.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and expertise in AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS to optimize campaigns and deliver measurable value. Hybrid work arrangement in Makati/BGC area.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech./MBA or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of experience in Marketing Automation, MarTech, or SFMC delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SFMC workstreams including requirements gathering, solution design, planning and delivery governance.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, sprint backlogs and quality gates.
• Facilitate workshops and platform walkthroughs with marketing, product, engineering and CRM teams.
• Architect SFMC solutions across Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio and Content Builder.
• Oversee integration patterns between SFMC and connected systems including Salesforce CRM, CMS, DAM, ecommerce and analytics engines.
