Job summary

Lendi Group is hiring for a Marketing Automation Specialist to design and build journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and to craft personalized email/SMS experiences. You will collaborate with a Customer Journey Manager and support campaign testing, reporting, and optimization.

The role requires 2–5 years in marketing automation, HTML/CSS/AMPscript skills, and SQL, with a preference for Salesforce certifications.

Qualifications

2–5 years of relevant experience in marketing automation platforms.
Hands-on technical experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build journeys and emails.
Skilled in email development utilizing HTML, CSS and AMPscript.
Experience in stakeholder and campaign management to deliver communications in a timely manner.
Experience building automated journeys.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using AI tools to enhance daily work.
Strong attention to detail.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (preferred).
Experience with Salesforce CRM beyond Marketing Cloud.
Skilled with SQL.

Responsibilities

Work with a Customer Journey Manager designing and building marketing automation workflows.
Design and build personalised email, SMS and landing page experiences in Marketing Cloud.
Write SQL queries with AI assistance.
Support a Customer Journey Manager with build, testing, reporting and optimisation of regular campaign sends.
Define segmentation criteria for batch and trigger emails/SMS campaigns and conduct A/B testing.
QA support for journeys team on other member journeys and campaigns.
Create and maintain documentation for journeys and campaigns.
Coordinate the roadmap and backlog of Customer Journey/Lifecycle and Marketing Cloud enhancements and feature expansions.
Work with journeys team to drive best practice, efficiency, and optimisation to meet business objectives.
Manage and triage help desk tickets for the journeys space.
