enablesGROUP is seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Personalisation Technical Specialist to implement and maintain sophisticated marketing automation across Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement and Personalisation. You will translate marketing requirements into robust technical solutions and ensure reliable delivery of journeys, emails and personalised experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement.
• Experience with Salesforce Personalisation is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Automation Studio and Data Extensions.
• Experience with APIs, integrations and data feeds.
• Ability to troubleshoot marketing automation and data-related issues.
• Excellent documentation and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of privacy and data-governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy customer journeys within Salesforce Journey Builder.
• Configure triggered, automated and scheduled email and SMS communications.
• Develop personalisation campaigns, experiences, recommendations and rules.
• Maintain data extensions, filters, and dynamic content.
• Configure platform functionality to support marketing use cases.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting and QA before deployment.
• Monitor journeys and integrations for reliability.
• Document builds, configurations, integrations and processes.
