Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands‑on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
• Strong experience building and deploying customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Excellent understanding of marketing automation, customer journey orchestration, and multi‑channel campaign execution.
• Experience with email, SMS, push notification, and personalized customer campaigns.
• Strong HTML and CSS skills for email development.
• Experience using SQL for audience segmentation, targeting, and campaign execution.
• Experience with AMPscript and/or JavaScript within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience configuring automation workflows, data extensions, and campaign automation.
• Strong understanding of customer data management and campaign quality assurance.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with confidence working directly with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Automation & Campaign Delivery: Build, configure, test, and deploy marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Design and manage customer journeys across email, SMS, push notifications, and other supported channels.
• Configure audience segmentation, decision splits, triggers, personalization, and automation workflows.
• Develop dynamic, personalized customer communications that support business objectives.
• Execute audience selection using customer data and predefined business rules.
• Campaign Development & Technical Execution: Build responsive email templates using HTML, CSS, AMPscript, JavaScript, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities.
• Utilize SQL to support audience segmentation, campaign targeting, and data management.
• Configure and maintain automation workflows, data extensions, and ETL processes where required.
• Perform comprehensive campaign QA, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment validation.
• Monitor campaign delivery, engagement, and performance while identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Client Consulting & Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, CRM, creative, product, and technical teams to deliver high-quality campaigns.
• Work directly with clients and stakeholders to translate marketing strategies into technical solutions.
• Provide guidance and best practices around Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities and customer journey design.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across marketing automation processes and customer engagement programs.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, automation efficiency, and customer experience.
• Troubleshoot platform, campaign, and data issues to ensure reliable execution.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities and evolving marketing automation best practices.
