Job summary

Omada One Inc. in the Philippines seeks an intermediate SFMC Developer to own the technical build layer in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including integrations and data extensions across three business units.

You will work hands-on with HTML, CSS, AMPscript, SSJS, JavaScript and SQL, building emails, CloudPages, Journeys, automations and migrations from Klaviyo.

This role offers breadth across Data Cloud and MCP, with opportunities to advance in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a Salesforce Marketing Cloud developer role
• Expert in Building Emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Expert in HTML and CSS
• Proficiency in AMPscript
• Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, SQL, JSON and SSJS
• Experience working with customer databases and/or complex data
• Attention to detail with a high standard of verbal and written communication
• Can lead the design, development, testing, and launch of complex email campaigns, customer journeys and automations

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain emails, CloudPages, Journeys, Automations and SMS sends across three SFMC business units
• Build email creatives via approved templates, utilising web scripting languages such as HTML and CSS
• Develop interactive and dynamic content using client-side JavaScript and Salesforce Marketing Cloud's server-side scripting language (SSJS)
• Write and troubleshoot SQL in Query Studio and Automation Studio for segmentation, suppression, and audience logic
• Set up segmented, lifecycle email marketing series, including automated trigger campaigns and email programs, manipulating databases using SQL
• Build and execute campaigns and test plans (A/B and multivariate)
• Support SFMC migration from Klaviyo: rebuild recurring retail campaigns, validate segment logic, troubleshoot API-sourced data extensions
• Build and debug CloudPages forms and data extension field-type issues
• Maintain naming conventions and folder structure discipline across business units per internal documentation

Purpose

Own the technical build layer in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role offers genuine breadth: exposure to integrations and a full suite of Salesforce products (Data Cloud, MCP, Consumer Goods Cloud), with a build calendar that changes week to week across two very different customer channels. It's a hands-on platform to build real career depth in the Salesforce ecosystem.
