Job summary

Personiv is seeking a Settlement Specialist in the Philippines to ensure timely processing of all Trading and Marketing business-related accounts payable and accounts receivable activity. This role generates sales invoices promptly, facilitates timely payments of product and ancillary expenses, provides external customer service, and coordinates error resolution with internal counterparts.

Reporting to the Commodity and Freight Payable Manager, associate degree in accounting or equivalent

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook.
• Experience with RightAngle and Oracle is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Timely processing of all Trading and Marketing business-related Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activity.
• Generation of sales invoices promptly; facilitation of timely payments of product and ancillary-related expenses.
• Provide external customer service and coordinate resolution of process errors with internal counterparts.
• Reports to the Commodity and Freight Payable Manager.
