Job summary

Spectrum Audio Visual Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Services Account Manager to grow the After-Sales Services business by managing client relationships and delivering an exceptional client experience.

You will promote AMC, preventive maintenance, servicing & repairs, outsourced resident engineers, and AV upgrades, while coordinating with internal teams to meet sales targets and expand opportunities across vertical markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Engineering, IT or related discipline.
• 1–3 years' experience in Account Management, Customer Service, B2B Sales or Business Development.
• Fresh graduates with a strong client service mindset are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Spectrum is looking for a Services Account Manager to play a key role in growing our After-Sales Services business by managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities and delivering an exceptional client experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and grow existing client accounts while developing new business opportunities

• Promote Spectrum's After-Sales Services, including: Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), Preventive Maintenance, Servicing & Repairs, Outsourced Resident Engineers / Managed Manpower, Ad-hoc Technical Services, AV System Upgrades & Technology Refreshes

• Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable service solutions

• Prepare quotations, proposals and service agreements

• Follow up on enquiries and sales opportunities

• Work closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent client experience

• Achieve sales and business growth targets

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Engineering, IT or a related discipline

• 1–3 years' experience in Account Management, Customer Service, B2B Sales or Business Development

• Fresh graduates with a strong client service mindset are welcome to apply

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated, organised and proactive

• Experience in Audio Visual, IT or other technology-related industries will be an advantage
