Job summary

V2 Solutions seeks an experienced Data Architect to lead technical delivery for a portfolio of ServiceNow projects. You will define architectural solutions, deliver compelling demonstrations, and guide offshore development teams while resolving complex issues across the project lifecycle.

Applicants should have deep ServiceNow expertise, strong stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering large-scale deployments on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Extensive consulting/professional services and technical delivery experience.
• Proven track record delivering complex ServiceNow projects on time/budget.
• Experience leading offshore teams and collaborating with engagement leads and project managers.
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist in at least 3 product suites.
• ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4) certification.
• Scripting on ServiceNow with JavaScript, CSS and AngularJS.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and offshore development teams.
• Provide architectural oversight of design and delivery of technical integrations between ServiceNow, EY IT and business services.
• Build constructive, working relationships with EY's global ServiceNow resources.
• Contribute to the development of ServiceNow based product roadmap.
• Ensure the project delivery team complies with EY solution architecture standards and frameworks.

Job Requirements

* 5+ year experience as Data Architect The selected candidate will: Lead the technical delivery of a portfolio of complex projects based on the ServiceNow platform Define technical solutions (at an architectural and design level of detail) Deliver compelling solution demonstrations across the ServiceNow platform. Assist development teams in resolving complex technical issues through all stages of the project lifecycle. Continuous growth of knowledge around the ServiceNow platform through certifications, internal/external webinars, case studies, training, community and other resources. Ability to establish deep and lasting relationships with stakeholders and team members

Your key responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and offshore development teams. Provide architectural oversight of the design and delivery of technical integrations between ServiceNow, EY IT and business services. Deep understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions including: Integration Hub, SSO, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, etc Experience with delivering solutions in complex client environments Understanding of common business analysis techniques and approaches Experience of agile and traditional software and project methodologies Ability to author clear and comprehensive documentation Able to communicate with impact, in a way that is open, honest, consistent and clear to influence and align stakeholders around a proposed approach Strong negotiator, influencer and team player, used to managing multiple stakeholders in demanding time-critical situations. Qualifications

To qualify for the role, you must have Extensive experience in consulting / professional services and technical delivery A proven track record of delivering complex technology projects on the ServiceNow platform on time and on budget as a Solution Architect Experience of leading offshore development teams and working with engagement leads, project managers and business analysts to deliver enterprise wide ServiceNow solutions Certified ServiceNow System Administrator Certified Implementation Specialist in at least 3 product suites Certified in ITIL Foundation (v3 or v4) Strong expertise in scripting on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, CSS and Angular JS: Flows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Widgets and UI Pages Bachelors degree in business, Engineering, IT, Science, other Technical qualification or related field preferred More than 10 years in a corporate IT environment Good experience in client-facing roles Experience of working with multi-location teams
