Qualifications

• 3+ years of ServiceNow development or architecture experience.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow product lines and platform capabilities.
• Experience with ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and application development.
• Agile/Scrum experience is an advantage.
• ServiceNow certification and ITIL knowledge are highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an automation-first mindset.
• Ability to learn quickly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure, and support ServiceNow applications across platforms such as ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, IRM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and SPM.
• Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions and impact assessments.
• Develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions following best practices, Agile methodologies, and ITIL standards.
• Troubleshoot platform issues, perform upgrades/patching impact analysis, and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to deliver high-quality solutions within agreed timelines.
• Identify risks, recommend solutions, and maintain technical documentation.
