Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Solutions Architect / Infra Architect to design scalable ServiceNow-based architectures for ITSM, ITOM and Performance Analytics in a multinational setting. The role emphasizes integration, high availability and process optimization for hybrid day operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring Performance Analytics for ITSM with indicators, scorecards and dashboards.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITOM including discovery, service mapping and event handling.
• Knowledge of ITSM processes (incident, problem, change, request, CMDB) for architecture design.
• Understanding of servers, networks, cloud and databases to ensure resilient deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design ServiceNow infrastructure architectures aligning ITSM/ITOM with business goals and platform scalability.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather infra requirements for ServiceNow ITSM ITOM and analytics.
• Configure and optimize Performance Analytics dashboards and data models for actionable insights.

• Review workflows and designs to identify modernization opportunities leveraging ServiceNow modules.
• Evaluate integration patterns between ServiceNow and external monitoring/configuration systems.
• Develop infrastructure standards for capacity planning, tuning and high availability of ServiceNow instances.
• Monitor system health and error trends to propose remediation and improvements.
• Document architecture blueprints, baselines and playbooks for audit-ready operations.
• Collaborate with security/compliance to embed controls in ServiceNow architectures.
