Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of work experience in product management or service ownership.
• 3–5 years of ServiceNow development experience is an advantage.
• ITIL Service Manager certification or equivalent experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work on multiple overlapping projects and coordinate globally.

Responsibilities

• Defines the actual work that will be accomplished and the features that will be built within each release.
• Plans the overall capacity for the release, objectively measuring each feature to ensure they are always delivering the most value to customers.
• Grooms existing product backlog with the business stakeholders.
• Defines, maintains and communicates product roadmap.
• Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain information.
• Recommends the nature and scope of present and future products by reviewing product backlogs, specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product changes.
• Review service level performance for product and outline service improvement plan where necessary.
• Outlines operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Scrum Master experience is a big advantage.
