Job summary

Risewave Consulting Inc. is recruiting for Senior Developer and Manager ServiceNow roles to drive enterprise-scale transformation initiatives for global clients. Hybrid work setup in Taguig or Cebu, with day or mid shifts depending on project.

The positions require strong ServiceNow expertise, leadership capabilities, and a track record in end-to-end implementations. ITIL certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of ServiceNow Developer/Analyst/Consultant experience.
• 5-8+ years of overall experience for Manager role.
• Experience with ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps, PPM, APM modules.
• Experience in at least one end-to-end ServiceNow implementation project.
• ITIL certification or equivalent experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
• Configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, and Service Portal solutions.
• Support end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable and effective solutions.

Requirements:
