Qualifications

• 5–8 years of work experience in related roles.
• 3–5 years in product manager or service owner role.
• 2–5 years of ServiceNow product knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills with PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Agile development methods and ITIL concepts.

Responsibilities

• Define features for each release and maintain backlog.
• Plan release capacity and measure feature value.
• Groom backlog with business stakeholders.
• Define and communicate product roadmap.
• Identify customer needs and specify required research.
• Review backlogs and appraise new ideas and changes.
• Outline operational requirements and assign tasks.
