You will govern design reviews, champion CI/CD, and collaborate with global teams to deliver reliable platform services, data integrity, and value realization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise software/solutions
• 5+ years hands‑on ServiceNow administration/development
• 5+ years in large IT orgs
• Proven track record leading complex platform initiatives
• Strong SDLC/Agile delivery
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day technical guidance to developers and admins
• Coach citizen developers; define guardrails in App Engine
• Lead architecture reviews and governance boards
• Own solution architecture and technical specification deliverables
• Enforce OOTB‑first principles and upgradeability
• Design and validate integrations (SSO/LDAP/REST/SOAP) and data contracts
• Co‑define platform roadmap with Product Owner; establish CoE/CoEI
• Lead CI/CD adoption, code reviews, and ATF regression suites
• Manage platform upgrades, release readiness, and incident responses
• Serve as primary technical contact for vendors/partners and ServiceNow
