Job summary

Private Advertiser in Metro Manila is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Analyst Programmer to lead development, configuration, and customization of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with the SDLC and business requirements.

You will mentor analysts, manage the product backlog, and provide 3rd level production support while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• 7+ years’ experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and customization.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow APIs.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules such as HRSD, ITSM, and Employee Center.
• Experience in backend development C#, .Net, SQL, CloudRun is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage diverse business functions and manage expectations.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is a plus; additional ServiceNow certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Analysts and Programmers to develop and maintain applications.
• Mentor junior team members; ensure adherence to SDLC and coding standards.
• Provide 3rd level production support and troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct performance tuning to meet design specifications and performance criteria.
• Coordinate with Business Systems Analysts and Project Managers on software change requests.
