Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. in Taguig (Uptown) is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Developer/SME to support critical business systems and IT service management operations. You will be the SME across teams, developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions while solving incidents and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow experience.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM
• Experience with CSDM
• Strong ServiceNow Development and Configuration experience
• Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow scripting and automation
• Experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Management
• Strong troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills
• Experience customizing ServiceNow modules based on business requirements
• Ability to work as a ServiceNow SME and provide technical solutions across teams

Responsibilities

• Act as a ServiceNow SME and provide technical guidance to the team
• Develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow solutions
• Investigate and resolve application and platform issues
• Perform root‑cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions
• Support Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes
• Monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks
• Collaborate with multiple technical and business teams
• Participate in technical and operational decision‑making
• Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing
