Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management in Makati is seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Architect to lead design and implementation of enterprise event management and AIOps within a multi-cloud environment.

You will drive observability across SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS, partnering with stakeholders to translate operational needs into automated monitoring solutions and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience with alert integrations and AIOps deployment using ServiceNow ITOM.
• Solid background in enterprise IT monitoring, observability, or technical solution architecture.
• Experience with cloud monitoring tools (Azure Monitor/KQL), telemetry pipelines, and synthetic transactions.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, C#, or Ansible).
• Understanding of Application Performance Management (APM), WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, and ITSM frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

• Architectural Leadership: Define and execute the strategy for enterprise event management, alert integration, and automated operations frameworks centered on ServiceNow ITOM.
• Cross-Domain Integration: Collaborate with technical leads across cloud monitoring, telemetry tools, and application performance systems to build end-to-end visibility.
• Multi-Cloud Coverage: Design reliable, scalable monitoring patterns across SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS architectures.
• Solutions Engineering: Partner with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into efficient, automated observability solutions.
• Continuous Innovation: Spearhead proof-of-concept projects, automation upgrades, and long-term AIOps vision.
