Job summary

The HIRD Corp. is seeking an experienced Monitoring, Observability & Event Management Architect in a hybrid Makati-based role.

You will lead the design and implementation of enterprise monitoring solutions to ensure performance, availability, resiliency, and reliability of IT systems. You will work with across teams to define standards, drive automation, and manage alerts, leveraging tools like ServiceNow ITOM, Azure Monitor, Grafana, and AppDynamics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT Monitoring, Observability, or related technical roles.
• 3+ years of experience in an IT Solution Architect/Enterprise Architect role.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM Event Management, Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics, KQL, Telemetry, APM, Ansible, PowerShell, Automation.
• Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes, Riverbed, or Nobl9.
• Knowledge of Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, C#, SQL, API Integration, and DevOps tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Onsite every Monday & Tuesday)
Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Non-Negotiable Requirement

Extensive experience in alert integration into ServiceNow ITOM and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM AIOps.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure Services, DevOps, and AIOps.
• Strong understanding of Application Performance Management (APM) and Enterprise Monitoring Architecture.
• Familiarity with WAN/LAN, TCP/IP, PKI, and ITSM (ServiceNow) processes.
