Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management in Makati City is seeking a ServiceNow DevOps Engineer to join our Monitoring and Observability Design Team. You will bridge development, operations, and ITOM by building automated event management pipelines and AIOps workflows for our multi-cloud environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering leads to drive platform reliability, implement integrations, and develop reusable automation scripts to improve day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or higher in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent.
Strong experience with ServiceNow ITOM and event management.
Proficient in Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or .NET with Ansible.
Experience with Azure Monitor and cloud telemetry pipelines.
Knowledge of APM, network fundamentals, and ITSM.

Responsibilities

Lead ITOM event automation and integration for automated incident response.
Design and maintain API integrations to cloud platforms and telemetry systems.
Partner with cross-functional teams to implement observability standards.
Develop automated monitoring patterns for multi-cloud apps.
Drive proof-of-concept initiatives and automate day-to-day operations.
