Job summary

Visaya KPO is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role centers on scalable workflows, ITSM modules, integrations, Virtual Agent, and AI-powered automations to boost efficiency and user experience.

The ideal candidate has hands-on ServiceNow ITSM expertise, with JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Virtual Agent, and Now Assist.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
3–5 years hands-on ServiceNow development experience (senior 5+ years preferred).
Strong experience administering ServiceNow ITSM and related modules.
Hands-on experience with Virtual Agent, Now Assist, chatbot development, and conversational workflows.
Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub for workflow automation.
Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies).
Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise apps using REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
Understanding of Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, ACLs, and platform administration.
Experience with upgrades, release management, and ALM; ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and maintain applications within the ServiceNow platform.
Develop and enhance ITSM and related modules, including workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and catalog items.
Configure and optimize Virtual Agent, Now Assist, chatbots, and AI-driven automation solutions.
Design and implement workflow automation using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party apps via REST/SOAP APIs.
Administer platform configurations including forms, tables, ACLs, and knowledge management.
Troubleshoot platform issues and implement long-term solutions.
Participate in upgrades, release management, testing, and deployment to ensure stability.
Monitor performance and propose improvements for reliability and scalability.
Create technical docs, designs, knowledge articles, and development standards.
