Qualifications

• 7+ years of ServiceNow development experience with intelligent automation.
• Hands-on experience in enterprise integrations and AI-enabled workflows.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs, including Flow Designer.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop on the ServiceNow platform.
• Implement AI-driven automation and Now Assist capabilities.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub.
• Support deployments, UAT, and release management.
