Job summary

ConnectOS in the Philippines is seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to design, develop, test and implement ServiceNow configurations and features. You will work with business stakeholders to deliver IT service management improvements and ensure smooth incident and problem handling.

The role requires 3+ years of relevant experience, ITIL familiarity, strong documentation, and the ability to work independently or within a team to meet deadlines and risk-reducing proof of concepts.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' relevant experience (application development / system admin).
• Experience implementing scripted Web services in ServiceNow, SOAP, REST, and integrations with external systems using APIs and connectors.
• Experience with ITIL or ITIL Certified.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently and within team environment on both large & small projects.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to write clear work instructions.
• Good analytical skills to effectively solve complex problems in an efficient manner.
• Ability to work to strict deadlines and release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test and implement ServiceNow configuration changes
• Design, develop, test and implement ServiceNow features and enhancements
• Integrate, manage and support ServiceNow
• Incident and problem management
• Creation and maintenance of documentation, and delivery of training
• Participate in and advocate the Agile methodology.
• Task estimation, evaluation of issues and risks.
• The implementation of proof of concepts with the goal of reducing project risk.
